In this hardcore video, the scenario depicts a young black teen get caught and disciplined by a police officer. The culprit was taken to the garage where he/she was first taken a photo and a note was written on the outside of the shop stating that the culprit had been caught shoplifting in the store and then he/she was put on probation.
